Maybe we need new .def files for cuda 32 bit. The 700 error should be fixed, the 999 one is a different. |

Please switch to 64 bit and try again with the same setup. Maybe a workaround. |

Not related to the dmes warning, but its a good chance its because its 32 bit. If you can, try again with a 64 bit version. |

All test have been done on Ubuntu 12.04.1 lts.
Performance comparison are against Catalyst v12.8.

There is also no performance difference between Linux and Windows which shows that we are already working on a very low level. |

Sounds like you are using a beta hcstatgen which is not compatible to old statsprocessor |

Note that with latest hashcat 3 beta you can use --powertune-enable, it's basically the same what nvidia-smi -pl 217 is doing but automatically recieving the maximum possible value (in that case 217) ... |

This has nothing to do with the hash used, it's all just the iteration count. If you iterate MD5 a million times it would be even slower. |

Yes, you need the boot mode. Note that there's also a whirlpool boot mode. If you don't know which hash was used you need to run through both modes. |

Yeah this sounds like the driver is not correctly installed. Make sure you install catalyst 12.8 and also make sure when you run clinfo it should use the following versions:
