| Sure not, as I said. You need to install Intel OpenCL runtime for CPU, this gives you a much better performance for AMD CPU (and also faster than pocl). |

| i did not use clc. i use the GPU_DUMP_DEVICE_KERNEL environment variable. if defined it dumps the .il and the .isa when its execing a opencl kernel. |

| yes, i totally agree on that. but what i orginally wanted to say is that it is not "enough" to have C compiled to IL using clc since there is no BFI_INT instruction in IL and thats why i used the GPU_... |

| all right, first of all. it is 100% known to work on linux. also multiple hd5970's :) so its just an installation problem somehow. ubuntu 10.04 might be a problem. some users reported 2nd gpu does not... |

mysql: 145 B/s -> 1x = 36.4 B/s
md5: 25 B/s -> 1x = 6.2 B/s
sha1: 11.3 B/s -> 1x = 2825 M/s
