there is no such 12 character limit. you can already use a 8 + 4 mask (8 on the left, 4 on the right). 0.26 will include BFI_INT, otherwise these numbers wouldnt be possible :)

some addition: windows user have that 100% cpu bug since long time. so if you are on windows and you dont care about the the 100% cpu bug you can upgrade to 11.7 or 11.8, whatever you like more.

no,i can not reproduce it. can you please provide test_hash2.txt and 3tx3t.txt? maybe the problem is inside these files.

you need to add rules when using fast algorithms in combination with plus. for example add -r rules/perfect.rule (its a benchmarking rule).
