Post: RE: ibm security directory server hash
Please post the full hash and the plaintext password on trac or by PM to me. If you don't know the plaintext password, generate a new one that you know. |

Thread: oclHashcat v2.10 performance questions?
Post: RE: oclHashcat v2.10 performance questions?
Your doing 2 things wrong!
Read this: https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=frequently_asked_questions#why_is_my_attack_so_slow Point 2 and 3

Thread: Nvidia fan use issues
Post: RE: Nvidia fan use issues
The typical reason for that is that you:
1. Did not use XDM, it important for step 2
2. Disable access control to X11, so that hashcat can connect to your X11 session. Read here: https://hashcat.n... |

That step should not be neccessary with hashcat, it has a build-in enable section for it. Please verify your statement again. |

Post: RE: Device local mem size is too small
Long time ago that I've seen this error message. You clearly need to update your driver(s) and OpenCL runtime(s). Not a hashcat problem. See wiki for detailed information |

Post: RE: Nvidia fan use issues
If you set it even lower, for example "--gpu-temp-retain 10", then it should instantly set the fan speed to 100%. Please try that and what philsmd said. |
