remember that wpa kernels are very slow, and his system might be much slower than your 7970's :) Maybe for him takes it 1 hours to reach 2% while it's just 5 minutes for you |

I'm not sure if I understood this fully. However, with CPU based algorithms (slow ones, iterated) you can already use the purge rule since oclHashcat uses hashcat rule engine in that case. |

b41 progress is going good, we're at around -m 3100 of the kernel ports.
also try out the new benchmark mode. simply run oclhashcat64 -b without any other stuff.
recommend driver is 13.9 |

As RAM isn't that expensive anymore, I recommend 16gb of RAM. It's not really required but if you do a lot of cracking job it helps to have the dictionaries cached in RAM (automatically done by the OS... |
