remember that wpa kernels are very slow, and his system might be much slower than your 7970's :) Maybe for him takes it 1 hours to reach 2% while it's just 5 minutes for you

I'm not sure if I understood this fully. However, with CPU based algorithms (slow ones, iterated) you can already use the purge rule since oclHashcat uses hashcat rule engine in that case.

b41 progress is going good, we're at around -m 3100 of the kernel ports. also try out the new benchmark mode. simply run oclhashcat64 -b without any other stuff. recommend driver is 13.9
