AMD dropped support for 5xxx and 6xxx series cards for OpenCL. You need to buy a new GPU.

Not sure if those devices are supported with Intels OpenCL runtime. Install it and find out.

Hashtopus wasn't updated to support hashcat v3.00, so a fork was created called hashtopussy. Never tried it myself.

Nvidia dropped OpenCL and CUDA support for your GPU because it's too old. You need to buy a new GPU.

Try -n 1 -u 1024 --force, could help but might be slow. Those GPU's are simply too old.
