Thread: Linux: Amdgpupro 16.60
Post: RE: Linux: Amdgpupro 16.60
I've tried on my RX480, it's possible they fixed it only for newer GPU generations. Also make sure to use latest beta for testing from https://hashcat.net/beta/ or github master version. |

Thread: lite can not find all of the memory of HD6950 (1G)
Post: RE: lite can not find all of the memory of HD6950 ...
oclHashcat-plus is using specials tactics... :) I think I can port it to oclHashcat-lite but why would one need that GPU memory on a kernel with no memory requirements... |

If you really want the algorithm added I suggest to open a trac ticket for it. Chances are much higher we implement it then. |

What card are you using that it will only take 200 minutes?
I'm running a 5670 and it says 23 hours, and the speed is 88400k/s.

Thread: load/save from/to http-server
Post: RE: load/save from/to http-server
nice idea but as long as you can do it with external commands there is no real need for it. also, from an architectonic view its somehow strange to add a http client to a password cracker. |

A good rule of thumb is that if you have more than 500kH/s of total performance (all OpenCL devices), hashcat brain (even running on a very fast system) will create a bottleneck. Another rule to add i... |
