Latest oclHashcat beta (on github) supports all OpenCL platforms and all OpenCL device types. If the vendor of that FPGA provides such a OpenCL runtime, it should work. If it does, tell me :)

Did you make sure to have no words >= length 32 inside your dictionaries? That's the difference between both programs. There's also a huge difference between b53 and b57, please try again with b57....

getops allows the usage of -o between two arguments, but the function that tries to find out if the input hashfile and the outfile is the same seems not to work on windows. please wait for a fix

The main problem is that all drivers > catalyst 12.8 are very unstable (and slow). So you should stick to catalyst 12.8. Btw, X11 is not decreasing your cracking rates.

The speed loss is mainly on SHA1 based algorithms, not MD4.

you may need to cut away the hashes. use cut (port also exists for windows) from unix utils package. cut -b34- < foundpasswords.txt > foundpasswords.txt.cut

thats something it will do if it has --remove switch. till then, use hashcat cpu version to do it / see how it behaves

can you please try again after removing the crossfire hardware bridge? i have been told it creates a lot of problems in gpgpu. oclHashcat handles each device seperatly with its own scheduler.

the sdk must be uninstalled otherwise it wont work.

clinfo doesnt see it, too. only 1 gpu and 1 cpu.
