As RAM isn't that expensive anymore, I recommend 16gb of RAM. It's not really required but if you do a lot of cracking job it helps to have the dictionaries cached in RAM (automatically done by the OS... |

ok, i think i can get v0.26 to double the username size to 16 chars. that should be enough? however it will decrease performance a bit. but what do you mean with newline appended? |

everything is fine! not a bug. both oclhc and oclhc+ just can not crack hashes with plain of length >= 16 |

this is because of the SSE2 implementation. insert len.bin in between your pipe and build a chain. |

if you use hashcat and --stdout as wordlist generator in combination with oclHashcat-plus, then no, you did not. it skips empty lines :) |

Well, MD5 is 128 bit while RC4 (in this case) is only 40 bit. The mode #2 is not made to find collisions, it's more to find the correct password used. Having the correct password gives you the chance ... |

Do you know the password? Is it 8 lowercase letters?
Also there's an error in your commandline: It says ?l?l?l?l?l?l?l?l?1 but maybe you want ?l?l?l?l?l?l?l?l?l |
