only i think i can recommend is using the wpaclean utility before running it with aircrack-ng. its part of the aircrack-ng suite. the online converter is doing this, too.

everything is fine, you are just using it wrong. you defined a custom charset but you do not use it. in this case, it uses the default mask which does not match your plaintext. https://hashcat.net/...

This is the wrong approach. If you want to keep track of the progress you better parse the restore file. See here for structure: https://hashcat.net/wiki/oclhashcat_lite#parsing_the_restore-file

there is no speed difference between 32 and 64 bit for the gpu tools, the cpu tool greatly benefits from the 64 bitness.

Single-mode cracking is incompatible to GPGPU cracking, it's not a hashcat problem.
