Added -t shortcut for --threshold
Added --reverse parameter which lets the markov generator generate the words from right to left, not from left to right.

| OK, more stuff added. You can set now -s and -l like in maskprocessor. Well you can also call it support for restore and distribution:

| well, 0.08 works this way. i found it logic when i wrote it. but in the meanwhile i got main complaints like yours so that 0.09 will change that. the percentage display will be related to --pw-limit |
