Don't mix in latest github version benchmarks. I've optimized the code to better perform on CPUs, so comparison would be invalid.

Install Intel OpenCL runtime for CPU, this gives you a much better performance for AMD CPU. Not a joke.

Use -D 1,2 to enable both device types, then use in addition -d to pick the devices you want to use.

Sure not, as I said. You need to install Intel OpenCL runtime for CPU, this gives you a much better performance for AMD CPU (and also faster than pocl).

AFAIK there'S no dedicated ryzen driver. But the Intel OpenCL runtime supports its (pretty good).

1. uninstall pocl, retry. there's a good chance it will work 2. uninstall amdgpu-pro, install rocm. rocm is much better

I'll buy a rx480 as soon as there will be the first OEM versions out hopefully fix the 6pin power problem. Then I can try to workaround the bugs made by AMD.

In order to use CPU devices, you need -D 1. In order to use CPU+GPU, you need to use -D 1,2 instead. Do not use -d in this case because you would enable opencl runtimes for the same device but with le...

We should reject -r in case in -a 1 is used and stop the command running so that users knows its not supported. Can you please open a TRAC Ticket for this?
