| The GPU is ways too old, the drivers are outdated. I'm sure you had to use --force to get it working. There's a reason why we put that flag there. Solution: Trash the GPU, buy a new one. |

| plus is much faster than old oclHashcat. otherwise i wouldnt have changed :) 700000000 hashes at once is such a huge amount of hashes that the results are unpredictable. maximum i tested was 24000000 ... |

| ok i found out what is the real source of the problem. i really had a hard time to find the reason because both, oclHashcat-plus and oclHashcat, share the same multihash binary search routine.

| I remember some time ago there were "fake" 6970 cards. I don't mean the "unlocked" 6950. That was a 6850 or so with a faked bios so that it showed as a 6970 to the system. Don't know about the details |
