You dont need to convert, you can take it as it is. Do not forget to add -m 1800 (which oclHashcat-lite does not support)

You are using a bad combination of drivers and oclHashcat-versions. All you need catalyst 12.8 (not 12.9 beta) and oclHashcat-plus v0.09.

It's an opencl runtime problem. If possible try to update the driver. Anyway, not hashcats fault here.

If you just want to get started try a different hash mode. The iTunes backup >= 10.0 is the slowest algorithm around.
