thats something very hard to archieve and i am sure that the check itself makes the password generator algorithm so much slower that the benefit you have from it is lost or maybe makes it even slower....

Do not run two instances with gpu temp control. Use --gpu-temp-disable on every 2nd+ instance

Since clinfo is not part of hashcat but crashing too I'd say your OpenCL installation is broken. You need to fix that first.

You can run two instances of hashcat and pipe the output of the first as input to the second while using the prepend rules on the first and the append rules on the second.
