It does not exist, but similar exist (md5(md5(password) . salt) in -m 2611. You can rewrite the kernel to sha256, sha256 code is also present in -m 1400

You first need to install an OpenCL runtime for your CPU. This is not part of hashcat.

You also want to use Intels OpenCL runtime for your CPU, it's usually more than twice as fast as the AMD one.

The GPU is ways too old, the drivers are outdated. I'm sure you had to use --force to get it working. There's a reason why we put that flag there. Solution: Trash the GPU, buy a new one.
