Fiber optics have same latency as copper so you will have no advantage over it.

Or simply set fan speed manually, for AMD is normal to hold @90C, so auto fans will be as silent as possible till that temperature. ~60-70% of fan speed should be able to hold your card at 60-70C.

Somehow your benchmarks look not right. SHA1 is too low comparing to WPA/WPA2 which is a bit too high :/ also your PSU run on +-MAX load, it's also not right, you have to be on ~80% load to be safe.
