You need to turn off markov, because stats file which *lite now uses have nothing to do with SL3. |

On high iterated hashes 5 series slower than 6 by ~10% at same clocks, maybe because of VLIV? You can check benchmarks thread, there are 5970 and 6990 all hashes. |

He had in mind GPU RAM. It's possible that 256mb RAM is just too small for its 'enormous' 32 SP count for hashcat kernel to load. |

SP - Stream processors. Sorry didn't look at log, answered from my memory as even newer saw 8600gt/gts/gtx with 512Mb. Anyway, still thinking that for descrypt this card is too slow. Like HD4xxx serie... |

Some bad time come to SL3 people with older versions of *cat-lite. Set system clock back as a temporary workaround and silently upgrade each machine with 12.8 / 0.13. |

I think that you also forgot to write:
sudo amdconfig --adapter=all --initial -f
It should be done just after install, and only after this command you should reboot. Had similar problem on HD597... |

Isn't it's easier to use some script.sh with your fan commands, when you launch script with hashcat job, on top write 70% at the end 30% and all will be done ... I would never trust other software to ... |
