| Random salt take much time for process restart. Possible most efficient way is to mix salt like 0009010203.... If you know that for some models code usually ends at 0 or at 9. |

| Or simply set fan speed manually, for AMD is normal to hold @90C, so auto fans will be as silent as possible till that temperature. ~60-70% of fan speed should be able to hold your card at 60-70C. |

| To be clear, R9 290 is the same on performance as dual GPU HD6990 card in most cases, taking less electricity and making much less heat. |

| On high iterated hashes 5 series slower than 6 by ~10% at same clocks, maybe because of VLIV? You can check benchmarks thread, there are 5970 and 6990 all hashes. |
