| Don't know how your heat spreader is made, but it's possible in same way as 6990 (heatpipe on the crystal), so you just could damage it by pressing too hard when cleaning. |

| Can be because of propriety HW by sony used. Lot of samsung laptops can't use generic driver from lets say ATI, so you have to use one done by samsung because of HW modifications. |

1. PSU, too low wattage to feed gpu's on higher clocks.
2. ASIC hangs, when GPU too much overclocked to be busy at 100% |
