Boris, this is the feature request section. The -h switch is a request. It isn't currently implemented.

ksp the -l option is simply a way of telling hashcat to only do so many words from a word list. It was added to give people the ability to script a distributed type system. Lets use your machine speed...

There is limited support to using named pipes, this is a little difficult in windows to do. Not sure this is something that will be added very soon to hashcat-cpu
