You could roll back your driver version, but newer versions of hashcat may not work.

Post: RE: Application Crash When running

If you have crossfire enabled, turn it off. Verify each cards works individually. Use -d 1, then -d 2, see if it crashes. I had this on 2 7970's as well and it turned out to be a bad card :|

So the driver is still failing if you set -d? Exhausted means that it finished its run. what did -d 2 result in?

It's finishing because its done. Status.......: Exhausted Did you get a driver crash between the time that you initiated the run, and when the run ended?

-m 2611 is not md5(md5($input).$salt) so thats your issue. Also, do not post hashes here.

Thats means its not supported. [hr] md5(md5($pass).$salt)... i retract my last post and correct myself. I will be either 2611 or 2711 and since 2611 didnt work for you, try 2711.

I had this as well on a 580 and it turned out to be a bad card. Since I stopped using that card the 700 errors have gone away.

Depending on how long your dictionary words were, I would guess that most attempts were skipped. oclHashcat has a char limit and you are only leaving room for 6 letter dictionary words.
