probably words less than 8 characters which aren't valid for WPA. Try searching the forums next time rather than just posting.

As driver developers change things, it can impact performance. If there was no reason for the upgrade other than to say you are using the latest driver, I would revert back to 319.60.

You are essentially right. Different cards tune to different settings. Defaults have been selected to give good performance with minimal desktop usage loss. Different algo's also behave differently...
