Yes. try -n 1 so you arent executing multiple threads. This should fix the unorderedness.

I would highly advise not using --gpu-watchdog 0 unless you plan on watching the temps the entire run.

You will need to download an SVN trunk and compile it yourself. The hashcat patch is not currently included production aircrack-ng.

You really shouldn't use risers. Do it right the first time so you don't have headaches down the road. Also, stay away from the x2xx series.

The utilities were included with the write up. The phrases that KL used are hardly even close to real world, do not see any benefit to adding them to hashcat-utils.
