| assuming the hash has a salt, you could use mask processor to make a salt list and then use cpu hashcat with -e. however, its unlikely you will find it unless its simple. |

| There shouldn't be. I have never tried with that many but I have run 32 cores (hyper threaded) without a problem. Programatically hashcat will detect the number of cores and use them. |
