Maybe try a dictionary thats a little more robust? You know know how to use it, guess it's up to you to solve the "riddle".

As driver developers change things, it can impact performance. If there was no reason for the upgrade other than to say you are using the latest driver, I would revert back to 319.60.

use maskprocessor to create a salt file then use external salt switch. will be incredibly slow though.

should work fine, though it hasnt been well tested. recently we switched to a cross-compiler and stoped using xcode. this could be the root of the problem.
