Thread: webEdition CMS >=6.4
Post: RE: webEdition CMS >=6.4
Yes, hash requests should be made on GitHub.
For others' ref, older versions of hashcat support older versions of WebEdition. |

Thread: Hashcat / Palo Alto Question
Post: RE: Hashcat / Palo Alto Question
Since the password must be used in plain text against AD, this must either be A) simple obfuscation, or B) encryption, with a static private key or key construction methodology.
Either way, this i... |

To clarify this is a hashcat manual of sorts, in Spanish. Cool, thanks! |

Wow, no idea. Sorta looks like URL encoding, but different.
Not really a hashcat-specific question; you might try the hashkiller forums or similar. |

Thread: What to look when buy a computer for HASHCAT
Post: RE: What to look when buy a computer for HASHCAT
I personally recommend:
* One CPU core per GPU (needed for some attacks)
* Minimum x4 PCI-E bandwidth (needed for some tools/attacks)
* GTX 1080s (nice balance of power/thermal performance)
* 32... |

Thanks for the benchmark! A benchmark for latest (4.0.1) would also be handy, if you still have access to this hardware. |

This should be based on actual power-draw numbers, which vary by hardware (and GPU).
Recommendation: get a Kill-A-Watt, measure actual draw from the wall without the GPU being at load, and then loo... |

Thread: Hardware review
Post: RE: Hardware review
An x16 card won't fit in an x8 slot. 1070s don't draw a lot of power, but this entirely depends on the draw of the rest of the hardware in the chassis. Get a Kill-A-Watt and baseline it. |

I would expect that a general hybrid attack (that tries a variety of number combinations, not just Fibonacci) would almost always be the way to go here. Unless maybe it was A) a very slow hash, and B)... |

Cool - especially the mutators, thanks! (The others are mostly covered by tools in hashcat-utils and/or PACK, I think) |

Not sure if this matches your use case, but FWIW, hops suggested this workaround:

$HEX[01]
