I'd say it's quite feasible. |

Haha, nice!
InsidePro's HM was the first to implement this sort of thing, and it's good to see the competition isn't idling. |

I could recommend that, but unfortunately, the rock stable driver I'm using (Forceware 337.88) isn't compatible with mobile Quadros, as they have separate non-forceware drivers of different versions (... |

Thread: Bitslice status and broken nvcc

This is unexpected.
Downgrading to a previous CUDA Toolkit (with Maxwell support) could do the trick, but as far as I remember you're against that, right? |

Okay, so this predates 7.0.
Posting this on NV forums is worth a shot, though. |

Works for me.
I get "only" 2.79B p/s for LM on my Titan, which isn't too shabby either. |

So, in this specific example, Titan X is ~7.2 times faster than Titan, both being overclocked.
Serious performance increase over old gen architecture. |

Short answer: attack WPS through reaver.
A slightly longer & educative answer: Check this out (https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=combination_count_formula) and be amazed how long will it take. |

Thread: CPU and GPU in same box?
Post: RE: CPU and GPU in same box?
Rolf will chime in and say that GPUs beat CPUs in terms of performance/$ and performance/W, so running a pure CPU cracking box for a bunch of generic hashing algorithms isn't very efficient. |
