| If you dont mind the price, buy Radeon 5870 or GTX 480 .
They are top for amd and nv atm.
Just make sure they are properly cooled, so buy a model with non-stock cooling. |

| Oclhashcat does not have simple wordlist attack, and will not have it in the future.
It's made for combo attack, with 2 sides.
So oclhashcat.exe hash_file dictionary_file will not work.

| 2 5970s will be very nice when crazy ati developers fix the opencl runtime bug, which doesnt allow to properly use 2 GPUs of 5970.
Right now, using oclhashcat with 5970s is not worth the effort.

| It's a very good result.
Overclocking is a good idea, if your gfx card is properly cooled (not with stock turbine, but with a decent radiator and 2+ fans/watercooled) and you know whacha doing.

| DONT use dev driver.
Use latest WHQLd ForceWare.
You also may need to roll back to 3.1 toolkit(which is stable, not RC). |

| Note, hashcat's rule engine is compatible to PasswordsPro's and JtR's(excluding preprocessing).

| Launch openclhashcat with some attack + launch hashcat with some attack.
On windows, oclhc almost doesnt use CPU, so you can use hashcat with it, and causing no uneven resource distribution. |
