Post: RE: Password distribute for parallel processing

You could start by building your custom wrapper for hashcat/oclhashcat. The cats themselves support password distribution through -s and -l flags, so the wrapper would need to simply utilize that. ...

Reinventing the wheel, ehh? I would reconsider your approach, as a free, working solution already exists.

I assume you're using an old version of cudahc, as I am using 344.xx Forceware on Windows with the latest 1.32 beta (or 1.31 release) and it works nicely.

Hehe, awesome as usual, congratulations, Jens. So, this only applies to PDFs up to Acrobat v4. v5 and 6 implements 128 bit RC4, v7 128 bit AES and X and later 256 bit AES.

I think it already increments from A to Z, but if you wanna be sure, then you could add an extra "-1 ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ" flag, and change the mask to be "?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1".

A small GPU cluster, which has the speed of 1M p/s for WPA2, could check entire 16^10 keyspace in around 13 days. No quantum computers needed.

Post: RE: Lowering FSB Increases WPA2 Speed

Windows bug probably, as lowering clocks can never provide speed boost by design. So no, the speed isn't real. It's either skipping passwords or showing you higher-than-actual speed.

Post: RE: CudaHashcat vs 195M MD5s - a new world record

RAM / vRAM is the limit, as I was using 1.31b1, which differs little from 1.31 release. The special version had no memory-wise optimizations, it only started the attack faster.
