Yes, but in a very specific character sets. The russian letters there may look russian, but it's a totally different charset than russian windows uses, so it wont recover hashes from native russian w...

No, it's actually simple: oclhc-plus is far more optimized than oclhc, that's why you get better speeds. The speeds are ok for 8 VB hashes.
