Try turning off ECC, it may help.

| ECC is error correcting code.
Teslas have memory with ECC support(implemented really lousy) and I remember one user who turned off ECC and cats worked fine. |

| Teslas have no ROPs, so they cant process graphical output.
IIRC CuStreamsSynchronize() 999 is an unknown error, only Nvidia may know what it means actually. |
