ECC is error correcting code. Teslas have memory with ECC support(implemented really lousy) and I remember one user who turned off ECC and cats worked fine.

Teslas have no ROPs, so they cant process graphical output. IIRC CuStreamsSynchronize() 999 is an unknown error, only Nvidia may know what it means actually.

Since WPA/WPA2 hashes are salted, there's no difference in time between running 2 hccaps at once or mounting 2 seperate attacks if the attacks fail.

Then I am pretty sure it's a hardware issue. Triple check all the cables coming to card 3. Does it gets required power from PSU ? Does its fan spin ? Is there some kind of switch to turn off PCI-E...

No, it's actually simple: oclhc-plus is far more optimized than oclhc, that's why you get better speeds. The speeds are ok for 8 VB hashes.
