Re-download and extract everything again. Use latest WinRAR or 7-zip for that.

Maybe it has something to do with the driver? Which version of Catalyst do you have?

I think OCLHC reports such clocks because of either 1) The GPU, when you launch oclhc, is in some power-saving idle mode 2)AMD messed something up in reporting correct clocks.

OCLHC will not work with 260.xx beta drivers. It's normal(thanx to NV).

Right now, it depends on AMD to fix the issue. But here's a workaround: roll back to 1.07b and sdk 2.1, for example, and use previous oclhc version.

Downgrade to 306.97 using this link (https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us) and see if that changes anything.

sm_35 kernels DO exist in latest pluscat, so this is funky. But the error is not kernel related, it has something to do with memory allocation. Atom? I remember fzero had to rename sm_20 kernels ...

I had that error on Windows. The kernels were there, yet it still bothered me. Atom told me that indeed the error means missing kernels, but that did not help. The fix was simple: update forceware ...
