I have tried to reproduce using plus and hc, and also with third party software. None found the password as "mercedes1" Mayhaps its not "mercedes1" ? Or the hccap is corrupted.

then try doing it this way: chcp 65000 oclhc.exe bla bla bla Basically, just add chcp 65000 to the batch file and see if anything changes.
