If you're familiar with a hex editor and are willing to read TC documentation, you could extract the data at needed offsets and pad the rest with 0 bytes.

Yea, VCL works with OpenCL only. The good news is that oclhc will be getting networking support soon.

I don't think the hash will do you any good, for it needs to decrypt few couple of bytes first, which will read "TRUE" in ASCII if the password is right.
