Hmmm, indeed. But I wonder why oclHashcat is reporting 'Line-length exception' for every hash I try where hashcat is working quite OK with the whole set not complaining about anything? Both tools are ... |

Consider changing your ssd to Intel 750 series. It's great and working with big dictionaries on such hardware is really smooth. That would also require checking your mobo's compatibility witn NVMe. |

Take a look into hashcat folder: rules/hybrid and check out append_d.rule file. You can easily extend these rules, just read on: https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=rule_based_attack.
