Try with older hashcat versions, such as 3.00. Nvidia Geforce MX150 is laptop GPU, laptop GPU-s aren't reliable for hashing...

Thanks for all. There is no custom charset ?1. It should be 1 without ?. At that case I use hashcat 3.00 which use hccap format. I'm confused still. Problem is fixed I think :)

GTX 1080 Ti stands temperature of max 91 C. 80 C isn't low temperature. Did you install additional fans on PC case?
