| Bought the rig, although it had 6990s or something like that at the time. Upgraded to the 7970s shortly after and it's been that way since.
And thanks darkseid, i feel like an idiot for not noticing ... |

| BTW, and I must apologize here for my ignorance around the latest and greatest naming schemes, but there are now Titan X Pascal cards as well which I believe are different than the older "Titan X" car... |

If you're just trying to get your feet wet as you put it, maybe buy 1-2 1080 Ti's? You're rig could be substantially cheaper not to mentio... |

| It all depends on what you're going for, but personally I'd go with 7 x 1080 Ti's. They would generally be the same or faster than 13 x 1070s and you could simplify your build substantially. |
