The problem #1 has be reproduced. The test: pick a few md5 hashes, use best64 or shorter rule file and we don't get any error message. Now edit your rule file and append to the end of that rule file...

I supose that those with no problems using 12.6 are all on Linux, as no reference to Windows was done, right (I mean Windows 7 x64) ?
