Post: GPU card order??
I screwed up when I ordered my third card. Had 2 R9 270x, and goofed and for the third just got a R9 270.
When it was on the end of the MoBo, I was getting ~240Kh/s on WPA. When I moved into a mo... |

Is this still the case? I'd li... |

Thanks for the info. Everything is running well.

Thread: Not sure how to crack this
Post: Not sure how to crack this
Hi all.
We have a CNC at work that gets itself into a pickle at times.
We need to access service menus which require a OTP. The MFG has no problem generating/giving us the OTP, but we run 24/7 an... |

I'm on 14.3 it seems. I'm also on the 'preferred' Ubuntu server 12.04.5 LTS
I really only use this system for ... |

I use oclHashcat to do the work, but the cpu version to test rules out.
But I just started getting a expiry warning. I'm on v.50 |

For GPU cracking definitely not. For CPU cracking, very likely not. You mostly lose performance when doing IO, which hashcat avoids as much as possible.

Since its a fresh linux install, would it be best to just wipe and start with a fresh linux install? |
