So the algo would be md5(sha1($salt).md5($pass)) and it is not in hashcat.

You don't "unhash". You can make a feature request to add that algo, or even implement it yourself in a PR.

40 bytes hex 'hashes' could be many things... if you know where it's from you should probably know the algo. Also, don't request help to crack stuff.
