So the algo would be md5(sha1($salt).md5($pass)) and it is not in hashcat.

You don't "unhash". You can make a feature request to add that algo, or even implement it yourself in a PR.

I wouldn't recommend water cooling. Just use FE.

hashcat-legacy doesn't support piping, you can use a fifo though.

At worst you can decode each hash in the standard length of 40 in hex.
