Short answer : no. A bit more detailed answer : the keyspace for the kind of password you are talking about is way too big to be done on current hardware.

130k word is not that big for a wordlist, and hashcat wouldn't load your file if it wasn't in the correct format.

Pay attention, masks are different for the two attacks, so yes, estimated times will be different. Actually defining the mask for the second one could be a great idea.
