| I think is good results this card get only 150W power mean lower then 50% of r9 290x and got same speed.
Price is good(199usd).

| Just add to register to device manager show hidden device and check grapic card tab and I think 95% that you will got there unavalible card just delete it restart computer and this error will gone. |
