Thread: Hexadecimal Hashes (Sql Server varbinary)
Post: RE: Hexadecimal Hashes (Sql Server varbinary)
Can you post an obfuscated hash example? Replace most of the hash with 00 or XX so it's within compliance with the forum rules. It's possible your settings have a long salt or something that is too mu... |

Thread: HMAC-SHA1 with binary Key
Post: RE: HMAC-SHA1 with binary Key
There are 2 things that need to be done to make this work.
#1: Just use the hex of the key and then use the --hex-salt flag to read it into hashcat. It will make you life so much easier.
#2: Unicode... |

Hashcat does not directly support Darkcoin/Dash from what I can tell, though if the wallet/coin is Core-derived, it may still be possible assuming they haven't messed with the KDF. Will need to do som... |

The script you have is fine to use, but if you care, it's using some of the same code as BTCRecover's extract script, found here: https://github.com/gurnec/btcrecover/tree/master/extract-scripts |

Sharp drop in bCrypt speeds for the Titan-X as shown on the Comparison chart. Any particular reason for that? That's one of the more important figures for me. |

The Tesla K40 is an abysmally slow card by today's standards, especially in hashcat, and coming in at 235W TDP per card, you would be FAR better served getting basically any GPU from the current gener... |
