Running some tests tonight, I found that the problem was actually due to using the new option: --debug-mode=3.

The default tunings seem different, as in higher, so I'm staying with my lower settings that reduce screen drag, for a while, until I see some discussion about the new tuning situation.

What I'm trying to do is find out how much longer a specific rule makes a particular combinator attack. I was trying a "do nothing" rule as a start.
