That is the only way to do it. You cannot just find a part of the MD5. You either find it all or find nothing.

That looks like a driver problem. Try uninstalling and re-installing the drivers and make sure the are the latest. Probably overkill but i would uninstall and reboot if it doesn't make you. Then insta...

Yes is there are more hashes it runs slower. That is why you see the speed increase after cracking some of them. What the wiki is saying is that if you just run a wordlist on fast hashes without rules...

More would increase the speed. Nvidia is not good for cracking period. Your better off using an AMD card if you have one.

You need to update your drivers. It says on the oclHashcat page "AMD users require Catalyst 13.4 or later."

What driver do you have installed? Also why are you running oclHashcat32.exe? You should be using oclHashcat64.exe

You don't need two threads for the same type of problem. The solution will be almost identical between the two.
