What driver do you have installed? Also why are you running oclHashcat32.exe? You should be using oclHashcat64.exe

You need to update your drivers. It says on the oclHashcat page "AMD users require Catalyst 13.4 or later."

Hashcat has a salt length limit. So your salt is just to long and there is nothing you can do about it to make hashcat work with it.
