I really like that idea epioxip! The website would be trivial to set up also. This would also allow people to really narrow down rule generation.

That looks like a driver problem. Try uninstalling and re-installing the drivers and make sure the are the latest. Probably overkill but i would uninstall and reboot if it doesn't make you. Then insta...

That is just some information. It unique you hash file the checks the pot for the same hash. The other stuff is just information on what it is doing. You don't really need to worry about it.
